These terms apply when you use the Ka-Tjing! website (katjing.co.za) or buy from it. If you buy from us, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy and use our products. When you buy, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that your parent or guardian has agreed.

What you get

We sell digital products only, such as PDF guides, Canva templates, and Excel and Word files. Nothing is posted to you. After your payment goes through, your files are emailed to you and shown on your order page straight away. All prices are in South African Rand (R).

How you may use our products

When you buy a product, one person gets a personal-use licence. This means:

  • You may edit the templates and use them for your own business.
  • You may not share, resell, upload, or give away the product or any part of it.

Copyright

All content on our website and in our products belongs to Ka-Tjing! and is protected by copyright. Buying a product does not make you the owner of the content.

Not professional advice

Our products give general information and teach you things. They are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. For your own situation, please speak to a qualified professional.

No promise of income

Our products give you information and templates. They do not promise that you will earn money or get clients. Any earning examples are only examples. Your results depend on your own effort.

Your business is your responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • your own business and how you run it
  • your agreements with your clients
  • your own tax
  • your own safety and behaviour when you work with clients

Ka-Tjing! is not responsible for any harm, loss, injury, or incident that happens while you run your business, as far as the law allows.

Our responsibility

Ka-Tjing! is not responsible for any loss or dispute that comes from using our products, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the day you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
