Change of mind

Our products are digital downloads. Once you have received them, they can't be returned. That is why we don't give refunds if you change your mind.

How to ask for help

Email katjing.za@gmail.com within 7 days of buying. Please include:

• your order number
• a short description of the problem

We will reply within 2 working days.
